Shipping charges are calculated and based on actual weight and dimensions of carton, distance traveled and type of shipping service you specify, anywhere in the United States or Canada unless otherwise stated. Any extra charges incurred for additional services such as special handling by carrier, are the responsibility of the consignee or the purchaser.
All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse. *Prices are subject to change anytime without notice. Title and risk of loss passes to the customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Warranties:
If you are not satisfied with this product due to mechanical or other problems, contact us within 30 days of receipt. In the event you purchased this product through a retailer, do not contact or return to the store of original purchase. Call or write Toronto Tool Manufacturing Inc. and we will be pleased to assist you. Toronto Tool Manufacturing Inc., at its sole discretion, will evaluate the claim and, where acceptable, will provide replacement parts or refund adjustments as deemed appropriate. Any shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise negotiated and accepted by Toronto Tool Manufacturing Inc.
Limitations of Liability:
In no event shall Toronto Tool Manufacturing Inc. be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business or loss of profits. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion of certain rights.
