A.- For tax exemption purchases, we require the proper documentation to be provided. Please contact customer support and we will be happy to assist you.

Q.- How would I know if the product I order on-line is not in stock?
A.- We will notify you right away after your order is placed. We strive to have all items in stock at all times however it is possible we may be temporarily out of stock due to unexpected demand. We will advise you when your order will be shipped and keep you informed along the way.

Q.– Do you ship to the USA?
A.– Yes, we ship to the USA. Our check out page automatically calculates freight and duty charges for international shipments.
